Headteacher's Welcome Message:

Welcome to our school. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our School Website.  Whether you are a pupil, parent/carer or a member of our community, I hope our website will help you to gain a greater understanding of who we are, what we stand for and what we do.

We look forward to working with you to ensure that your child experiences challenge and enjoyment in their learning.

We aim to provide a friendly, happy, caring, secure and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to reach their fullest potential, supported by a fantastic team of teachers and support staff. 

We aim for everyone to be Successful Learners, Confident Individuals, Effective Contributors and Responsible Citizens

Our Senior Leadership Team comprises of a Head Teacher, one Depute Head Teacher and one teaching Principal Teacher. 

 We currently have eight classes, with both part time and full time teaching staff and one visiting specialist. Our current school role is 230 with 32 in the Early Learning Centre. 

We have one Support for Learning teacher and further support is provided by Classroom Learning Assistants. 

Our school office is staffed with one Office Admin and one Office Assistant. Janitorial and catering staff contribute to the smooth running of our school. 

Our nursery is led by our Senior Early Years Practitioner, and supported by additional Early Years Practitioners and a Learning Assistant.

All staff at Stobhill Primary School are hard-working and everyone is committed to providing the best possible educational experience for every child in our school.  You can be assured that we will do everything possible to make your child’s time here at Stobhill a worthwhile and rewarding experience. 

Our local community is very supportive of our school and there will be many opportunities for you to engage with school as a supporter, volunteer or in our family learning and social events.

We have a very active Parent Support Group 'Friends of Stobhill' who support social and community events.
