At Stobhill we complete a robust handover between staff. We ensure children have opportunity to meet their new teacher/teachers prior to the end of session and we support families at home by providing lots of opportunity for transition activities. Midlothian Council all follow a Mid Mouse transition programme that ensures transition is consistent across the authority, more information detailed in the parent/carer information leaflet below.
